The censored film today

Nagisa Oshima's "In the Realm of the Senses"(1975), one of the most radical critique against the military power in the thirties cannot be shown in Japan because of its explicit depiction of sex. This explains that Japan is a country who cannot sponsor international film festival where "dangerous" film might be applied.
